The Insurance Authority (IA) today (29 February 2020) announced that its office will reopen to the public and resume normal public services starting next Monday (2 March).
To minimise social contact and the risk of virus infection, members of the public are encouraged to make use of the IA’s hotline and online services as much as possible. The operating hours of the IA office and hotline services are set out on the IA website .
Arrangements have been made for some IA staff to work from home and for staff returning to the office to work in split teams.
