PLEASE NOTE: For straightforward licence applications submitted electronically via Insurance Intermediaries Connect, the time frame for the Insurance Authority (IA) to process the application is within 5 business days. For licence applications submitted on paper, the time frame for processing is around 3 weeks. Please DO NOT contact us to enquire about the status of your application within these time frames (this may divert attention away from processing your licence application, causing it to be delayed).
When making an enquiry with the IA, please be ready to inform us the name of your appointing principal.
