Proposed New Rules, Codes and Guidelines

We are developing a new set of rules, codes and guidelines for the supervision of licensed insurance intermediaries under new regime.  When setting the new requirements, references are made to the rules and regulations issued by the three Self-Regulatory Organizations’ (“SROs”) under the self-regulatory regime and industry views and the international regulatory standards issued by the International Association of Insurance Supervisors are taken into account.
