Insurance Talent Development Programme

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the local employment situation, the Government has implemented the Job Creation Scheme under the fresh round of Anti-epidemic Fund. The Insurance Authority (IA), with facilitating the sustainable market development of the insurance industry being one of its statutory functions, actively supports this relief measure by launching the Insurance Talent Development Programme (the Programme).  The Programme aims to provide employment opportunities for those in need, and nurture talents for the insurance sector.  

The Programme offers a total of 31 temporary positions each for an employment period of up to 12 months. They are created under various functions of the IA, including supervision, licensing, complaint handling, enforcement and administrative support. Interested job seekers who meet the job requirements may apply for the vacancies.
