The Insurance Authority (IA) announced today (22 January 2022) that a "vaccine bubble" arrangement will be introduced from mid-February 2022. This arrangement compels all staff seeking to enter the office premises to present valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination, except those whose medical conditions prevent them from taking injections.
An IA spokesperson said, "The 'vaccine bubble' arrangement will help to fortify our defenses against COVID-19, which is particularly important amidst an escalating threat posed by mutated virus strains."
The IA will keep in view its anti-epidemic measures so as to safeguard the health and safety of its staff as well as the general public.
