Insurance Authority warns against fraudulent websites and social media pages

The Insurance Authority (IA) today (11 March 2025) wishes to alert members of the public in Hong Kong to fraudulent websites and social media pages listed below, which purport to be the official websites and social media pages of Bupa (Asia) Limited (Bupa), an authorized insurer of Hong Kong. Bupa has confirmed that it has no connection with such fraudulent websites and social media pages.

Anyone who has provided personal information to the aforesaid websites and social media pages or has conducted any transactions through the websites and social media pages should notify Bupa at (852) 2517 5175 or via email [email protected], and report the case to the Hong Kong Police Force.
