The Process Review Panel for the Insurance Authority (PRP) today (7 June 2024) published its 2023 Annual Report , covering 22 cases across areas such as Insurance Authority (IA)’s complaint handling, authorization of insurers, licensing of intermediaries, co-ordination with other financial regulators and exercise of statutory powers.
The IA expresses gratitude to the PRP for the insightful observations and recommendations in the Annual Report and would take follow-up actions accordingly.
