The Process Review Panel for the Insurance Authority (PRP) today (28 December 2022) published its 2022 Annual Report , covering 30 cases across a wide range of areas such as complaint handling, authorization of insurers, licensing of intermediaries, exercise of statutory powers and imposition of disciplinary sanctions.
The Insurance Authority expresses gratitude to the PRP for offering some insightful findings in the Annual Report and pledges to follow up on the related recommendations in a timely and diligent manner.
