The Insurance Authority (IA) today (1 April 2022) announced that its offices will reopen to the public from next Monday (4 April). To minimise social contact and the risk of virus infection, our public services will be confined to members of the public who have made prior appointments with the IA.
Members of the public are encouraged to make use of the IA’s hotline and online services as much as possible. The operating hours of the IA offices and hotline services are set out on the IA website .
The IA will continue to review the situation and announce any updates on the IA website.
