The Insurance Authority (IA) today (22 October 2021) welcomes publication of the 2021 Annual Report of the Process Review Panel (PRP Report) .
The PRP Report covers a wide range of regulatory functions performed by the IA including complaint handling, authorization of insurers, licensing of intermediaries and exercise of statutory powers.
The IA expresses its gratitude to members of the PRP for their insightful findings and will take appropriate action to follow up on the related recommendations.
