The Insurance Authority (IA) today (29 January 2021) announced that its offices will reopen to the public and resume normal public services next Monday (1 February).
To minimise social contact and the risk of virus infection, members of the public are encouraged to make use of the IA’s hotline and online services as much as possible. The operating hours of the IA offices and hotline services are set out on the IA website .
Arrangements will be made for IA staff to work from home or return to the office in split teams.
