Insurance Authority office remains temporarily closed

In view of the latest development of COVID-19, the Insurance Authority (IA) announced today (25 April 2020) that its office will remain closed to the general public until further notice. Hotline services and email responses to enquiries and complaints will continue as normal.

Except those skeleton staff, IA staff will continue to work from home.

The IA will keep reviewing the situation and will announce any updates on the IA website.
