Insurance Authority to resume normal public enquiry and complaint hotline services from 24 February

The Insurance Authority (IA) today (23 February 2020) announced that its enquiry and complaint hotline services will return to normal, operating from 8:45am to 12:45pm and 1:45pm to 6pm on working days. Email responses to enquiries and complaints will continue as normal. However, its office will remain closed to the general public next week (24 February to 1 March).

Arrangements have been made for some staff to work from home and for staff returning to the office to work in split teams.

The IA will continue to review the situation and will announce any updates on the IA website ( www.ia.org.hk ).
